Here are some common causes of parking lot accidents:
- Pedestrian Hazards – Many accidents happen when drivers fail to notice pedestrians walking behind or in front of their vehicles.
- Backing-Up Collisions – Limited visibility when reversing can lead to crashes with other vehicles or pedestrians.
- Speeding in Parking Lots – Although parking areas have lower speed limits, some drivers fail to slow down, increasing the risk of collisions.
