Meet Bruce Franson

Bruce Franson
Bruce is a dedicated attorney whose primary goal is fair compensation for injured people. After graduating from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Spanish, Bruce realized that his degree didn’t serve him very well in the real world.
He decided to give law school a shot. He scored in the top 1% of the nation on the LSAT and received a scholarship to attend law school at Brigham Young University. There, he was an editor for the Journal of Public Law, President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and in his second year finished first in the annual Intraschool Negotiation Competition.
In the ensuing decade-plus of practice, Bruce has represented various clients from large corporations all the way down to children, but always found the greatest satisfaction in representing people. Bruce is committed to getting the best possible result for all his clients and is willing to go the extra mile to get there.

Honors and Awards

Aixa Herrera
“It’s one of my proudest accomplishments.
“I took it all the way through arbitration, appeal, and a jury trial and ultimately received a result that was twice the defendant’s top offer.”

Michael Burdette
“It was a difficult case with a difficult defendant, but I was able to get a good result without taking it to trial for a client who very desperately needed the money. As he was nearing retirement, the funds would not only help him heal, but put him in a good place to help with his kids and grandkids. Three generations of help in one case.”

EACH CLIENT IS UNIQUE
“I chose to focus on PI because I like people. I’ve represented major universities and interstate corporations, but I’ve always preferred to work with individuals. I like the one to one contact and the ability to legitimately help someone in need… I try to bring a personal touch to every case and recognize that each client, each claim, and each injury is unique.”
