Hildale, UT (August 26, 2025) — A serious head on crash on state Route 59 in Hildale on Sunday morning, August 23, left four individuals hospitalized, including one driver who suffered serious injuries. The crash was reported shortly after 11:00 a.m. and involved three vehicles: a dark gray passenger car, a white pickup truck, and a recreational vehicle.
According to the Hildale Police Department, the collision occurred near mile marker 1 on SR-59, just outside the town. First responders quickly arrived at the scene to provide aid to the injured.
