Hurricane, UT (August 29, 2025) – Crews responded just before 5:00 p.m. to a two car crash on Old Hwy 91 near 136 N. Dispatch reported one person trapped in a vehicle on arrival.
Firefighters performed an extrication and freed the patient. Medics treated both occupants, one from each car, and transported them to a local hospital in stable condition. Responding units included Ladder 46, Engine 41, Medic 46, Medic 41, and Battalion 42. Officers from the Hurricane City Police Department assisted with traffic and scene control while investigators documented vehicle positions and debris. Tow trucks cleared the damaged cars after photos and measurements were taken.
