JOSH DEERE

With a wealth of more than 20 years of experience, Josh Deere has extensive courtroom experience, representing clients in cases ranging from small matters to multi-million-dollar complex litigation. He is no stranger to challenging cases. From defending corporations in high-stakes matters to advocating for everyday people, Josh provides strong, dedicated representation for every client. He has represented clients in state courts at the trial, appellate, and Supreme Court levels, as well as in Federal District Court.

Josh has earned an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest distinction for legal skill and ethics. He has also been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association’s Top 40 Under 40, as well as receiving Avvo’s Client Choice Award and a 10/10 rating.

Fluent in Spanish, Josh has appeared on Spanish-language television and radio and hosted weekly radio shows. Outside the courtroom, Josh is passionate about family, music, and sports. He and his wife enjoy attending live concerts with their three boys and he himself enjoys playing guitar.

A lifelong Oklahoma Sooners fan thanks to his father, a former University of Oklahoma quarterback, Josh also plays guitar, writes fiction, and finds time to sneak away for fly fishing. He brings the same energy, creativity, and dedication to both his practice and personal pursuits.
