Orem, UT (March 11, 2025) — A serious crash involving a motorhome on Interstate 15 in Orem left two people with significant injuries and caused major traffic disruptions on Tuesday, March 11.
Authorities responded to the scene near University Parkway after reports of a motorhome that had gone off the right side of the highway while pulling an SUV. The vehicle struck a concrete barrier before rolling onto its side. The SUV, which was being towed by the motorhome, was propelled over the barrier during the crash.
Emergency responders transported two passengers from the motorhome to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. Their current conditions have not been released.
The crash led to heavy traffic delays as all but the HOV lane of southbound I-15 were closed while crews worked to clear the wreckage. Officials have not disclosed what may have caused the accident, and an investigation remains ongoing.
Our thoughts are with those injured in this crash, and we wish them a full recovery.
