Parowan, UT (June 19, 2025) – A serious ATV crash occurred early Wednesday morning, June 18, in Parowan, leaving one man with critical head injuries and prompting a Life Flight response. The Iron County Sheriff’s Office, along with other emergency services, responded to the incident near the TA Express Travel Center on 100 West just after 8:23 a.m.
According to officials, the driver was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. The ATV reportedly began to fishtail and roll over while heading northbound.
