It’s our way of partnering with trusted attorneys across Utah who don’t handle personal injury cases. You refer clients to our firm, and we provide excellent legal care while you receive a share of the attorney fee when the case resolves.

Simply contact us when you have a potential referral. We’ll evaluate the case, handle all communication with the client, and keep you informed throughout. Once the case concludes, you receive a referral fee of one-third of our fee.

Payouts depend on the type of injury the client has experienced and the insurance policy limits involved. We pay one-third of our attorney fee on qualifying referred cases. Last year alone, we paid out hundreds of thousands of dollars to our referral partners.

We fully comply with all Utah State Bar rules regarding attorney referral fees. Referrals are governed by Rule 1.5(e) of the Utah Rules of Professional Conduct, which allows for fee sharing with informed client consent and a written agreement between lawyers.
