Car Accidents in Utah

Thousands of motor vehicle accidents occur on Utah roads each year, with many leading to injuries. From distracted driving to poor road conditions, numerous factors contribute to crashes, leaving victims with significant physical and financial hardships.
Some of the most common factors contributing to accidents include:
- Distracted Driving: Texting, eating, or adjusting in-car controls can lead to a loss of focus and serious crashes.
- Speeding: Driving over the speed limit reduces reaction time and increases the severity of accidents.
- Driving Under the Influence: Alcohol and drugs impair judgment and coordination, significantly increasing the risk of collisions.
- Poor Visibility: Nighttime driving, fog, and heavy rain can make it difficult for drivers to see hazards ahead.
- Failure to Obey Traffic Signs: Running red lights or ignoring stop signs leads to dangerous intersection crashes.
