Salt Lake City, UT (July 16, 2025) – Local officers are investigating a crash that took place Monday evening along South State Street and left at least one person possibly injured.
On July 14, at approximately 6:34 p.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the 400 block of South State Street after receiving reports of a motor vehicle collision. Police and paramedics arrived to find damaged vehicles and checked on everyone involved. While the full extent of injuries has not yet been confirmed, at least one person may have been transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation and care.
Authorities worked at the scene to manage traffic flow and ensure the safety of other drivers. Witness statements were taken, and the Salt Lake City Police Department continues to gather evidence to determine exactly what led up to the crash. Portions of State Street were temporarily impacted until the area was cleared.
