Spanish Fork, UT (May 6, 2025) – First responders in Spanish Fork were called to the scene of a car crash on Monday, May 5, that left at least one individual injured.
The wreck took place at around 7:42 p.m. at 1118 North Canyon Creek Parkway. Units from Spanish Fork Fire, including AMB61, ENG61, and SQ61, were dispatched to assist those involved and provide medical attention at the scene.
