Spanish Fork, UT (May 16, 2025) – A mid-morning crash on South State Route 198 Highway in Spanish Fork led to at least one person being injured. The incident occurred at around 11:43 a.m. on May 15 and required emergency medical response from multiple local units.
Ambulances 61 and 63, Engine 61, and Squad 61 from the Spanish Fork Fire Department arrived on the scene and remained active for 34 minutes.
